Brief: A striking contemporary inside-out family garden design in Liverpool.

Our clients were renovating the Coach House located centrally in their garden into a luxury spa with a swimming pool, gym and bar. We were asked to create an outdoor living space which seamlessly flows out from the rear of the Coach House creating a space which connects to the new building. The client brief spoke of a creating the feeling of a luxurious private sanctuary with a sheltered seating area to chill and watch the game on garden sofas or relaxing in the hot tub.

The bespoke oak framed pavilion creates a stylish outdoor living room and cinema. It features patio heating bars and an industrial concrete fire table heating the space making it comfortable all year-round.

Within the front half of the garden, we updated and modernised the existing landscape by resurfacing the existing patios and introducing additional paths to connect the rear and Coach House using porcelain tiles and natural stone slimline pavers which elevate the landscape and make it more fitting for the property.

The client brief spoke of a planting scheme that was complimentary to the period property using topiary to create a formal Italianate style with a modern, minimalistic approach.
