About: We were approached to design a 360 degree landscape around a large suburban property in Lincolnshire due to go through an extensive renovation.  The clients wanted to create a striking modern garden and outdoor living space which they can enjoy with their young children, family and friends throughout the year.  The proposed scheme features bold lines and architectural features which lead the eye around the garden, creating a division of space or “Garden rooms”.  A contemporary water feature and garden pavilion with and outdoor living room, chimney and garden kitchen provide a “wow factor”, perfect for impressing guests and entertaining.

Planted borders soften the edges and provide balance which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.  Pleached cube form trees and architectural multi stem trees add some height interest, juxtaposing the more industrial features such as the steel louvred screens and arches. A large lawn area is retained for play, however a concrete bench and elegant terracing means that these areas still perform aesthetically.
